Selected candidates will be engaged in branches/offices in the respective districts at the discretion of the Bank.
Job description:
Reg: Engagement of Business Correspondent Supervisor for supervising
BC activities.
Bank has increased number of BCs from 8600 as on 31/03/2022 to 10765 as on
10/01/2023 and targeted to increase number of BCs to 15000 up to 31/03/2023
and desires monitoring of BC activities very closely by engaging services of
BC Supervisor in order to:
- Improve in overall business growth of the branches and Customer services at BC points.
- Increase fee based income of the branches.
- To implement all the services (list of 39 services) available at BC points.
- To general leads for loans such as Agriculture, MSME & Retail Loan Scheme.
- Recovery of NPA accounts such as Sub Standard, Doubtful & Loss Assets.
- Achieve targets allotted by DFS under Social Security Schemes such as PMJJBY / PMSBY /APY / PMJDY & any other schemes sponsored by State Governments.
- Improve Government business under various schemes such as PPF, Sukanya Samridhi, Senior Citizen deposit scheme and any other schemes sponsored by State Governments.
- Arrange various camps as per directives of DFS, Government Dept. for activities suggested by them and Camps as per instructions of Regional Offices at BC Points.

Required Educational Qualification:
Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualifications recognized as such by the Central Government.
Eligibility Criteria:
A candidate must be either
- A Citizen of India or
- A subject of Nepal or
- A subject of Bhutan or
- A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
