Essential Qualification (EQ)
Full Time LLB with not less than 60% marks from recognized Institute/
University 0r LLB (5 years integrated full time degree) with not less than
60% marks from recognized Institute/ University
Work Experience
Tot. Exp.- 9 yrs & Presently working in scale of Rs. 70000–200000(IDA) /
Level 11 (CDA) Or working for 2 yrs in scale of Rs. 60000-180000(IDA) /
Level 9 (CDA) Pref. having exp. of working in a Const. CPSE and able to
handle all kind of litigations,arbitrations, service matters,
drafting/finalizing & vetting diff. type of documents like pleading,
agreement, bond, undertg. affidavits and other docs relating to
commercial/contractual matters. Compu. prof. would be an added advantage.
